Kellie was born in 1958 in Lamar, Colorado. She grew up in Durango, CO with her parents, four sisters, and 1 brother. Kellie graduated in 1976 from Durango Highschool; she was actively involved in 4-H and showed lambs. Later that year, she married David Hadden on August 13. They celebrated 45 years of marriage. When she became a mom to her three kids, she returned to 4-H as a leader. She loved camping and hunting with her family, loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. However, she spent most of her time David; there wasn't much they did without each other. Kellie had "the most beautiful smile" and it was contagious; that smile made everyone she met fall in love with her.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Alberta Brown. She is survived by her father, Gerald Brown; husband, David Hadden; sons, Cliffton (Amy) Hadden, Joe (Amber) Hadden; daughter, Melissa "Missy" (Jake) Stockton; grandchildren, Amaray, Cassie, Maggie, Nathan, Billy, Caycie, and Jocie Hadden, Wyatt and Maddison Stockton, and adopted grandchild, Christopher Tucker; brother, Terry (Linda) Brown; sisters, Glinda (Sam) Phares, Marla (Gary) Segabart, Cheryl (Randy) Orris, Sherry (Jeff) Hall; brothers-in-law, Leonard Hadden and Ivan Brown; sister-in-law, Leann Brown; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, family, and friends.
