Perry was born on June 6, 1950 in Gallup, New Mexico

He is survived by his children; Vicki Herrera and her Husband Richard. Ricky Lutse and his wife Melissa. And Raeann Lutse. Six grandchildren; Damien Herrera, Joseph Trujillo, Mercedes Herrera, Sabrina Lutse, Dylan Castillo and Paris Falcon. Three Great-grandchildren; Raymond Trujillo, Zaery Herrera and Jalianah Montano.

He was preceded by his wife Janice Lutse; Father; Boyce Lutse; Mother Iris Seciwa; Brother Boyce Lutse Jr.

Services will be on February 5 , 2021 at the Gallup City Cemetery, a comital service will be officiated by Father Able Olivas, OFM.

Pallbearers include; Rick Herrera, Damien Herrera, Dylan Castillo, Artie Sandoval, Arcadio Rentana and David Casias
