Thelma C Gallegos

Thelma C. Gallegos, 80, of Bloomfield, NM passed away April 21, 2019. Thelma was born August 5, 1938 to parents Ricarda Ortiz and Cornelio Roybal in Fort Garland, CO. Thelma loved playing cards and BINGO. She was a great speller and loved doing crossword puzzles. She also loved listening to her Spanish music and visiting with everyone. Thelma is preceded in death by her husband; Santiago “Jimmy” Gallegos, parents; Ricarda Roybal and Cornelio Roybal. She is survived by her son; Johnathan Gallegos, daughters; Liz Sanchez (Jim), Nancy Gonzales (Richard) and Leona Gallegos and many grand-children and great-grandchildren. Services will be held at St. Joseph’s Church in Aztec on Friday April 26, 2019 at 9:30 AM with burial to follow at Aztec Cemetery.

Thelma’s care is entrusted to Cope Memorial Chapel of Aztec.
