Kathleen Sue Salazar

Kathleen Sue Salazar, 69, of Bloomfield, NM passed away on Feb 14, 2022. Kathy was born on January 4, 1953 in Durango, CO to Doris and Eddison Neuenschwander.

Kathy battled diabetes for most of her adult life. Kathy had many caretakers Rhianna Moya, Phillip and Peter. On April 15, 2004, Kathy's son, Phillip was able to bless her with one of his kidney's.

Kathy is proceeded in death by her parents, Eddison and Doris, sister Rosalie, brother Victor, grandson Travion, Irene Salazar and the love of her life Acsencio (Chico) Castillo.

Kathy is survived by her children Cynthia, Peter, Dory (Joe), Phillip (Shana), brothers Stephen (Rosemary), David (Marka), sister Bodine, 12 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and her extended family.

Funeral services for Kathy will be on Tuesday, February 22 at 1:00pm at Cope Memorial 404 W Arrington St, Farmington, NM. A potluck reception will follow at First Baptist Church, Bloomfield, NM.
